A self-portrait in which I try to define the Duty of the art-piece, the duty of the artist and the duty of art.

I like stuff.

Objects are for me what paint is for a painter, a particular Thing is my instrument.

Basically, all is made out of shapes and RGB, yet one cannot deny their muses.

I tried to make a visual explanation, a landscape of me and the things I use & need to make a photograph.
These 3 landscapes are a composition of the 'structure', the logics, the measurements of a creation (shapes and colors),  some magical elements: the 'stuff' which obsessively speaks and me.

The altar for the coconut which inspires me, the meat & bones stuffed within us, the obscene brutality of salmon toned toilet-paper, the institutional meaning of coffee, the Shell which symbolizes all overwhelming elegance of nature, the essential potato,  the immortal boys in the magazines, the paper and the tape -the cut&paste -, the Big Ethnical spoon, the exotic banana & needless to say the neon-colored flute.
